YCM CEO Series 8: Reza Ghazali, Country Managing Director of Korn/Ferry International

With more than a decade of experience with the Firm, Mr. Ghazali’s search practice extends to multinationals, Malaysian conglomerates and GLCs across all industries. With a special focus on technology and professional services, he leverages his expertise in IT consulting, project and process management, training, communications management, business process re-engineering, organisation redesign and market research.

As the leader of the technology practice in Malaysia, Mr. Ghazali also serves clients in the telecommunications and IT hardware, software and services industries as well as heads the professional services practice, with clients including technology consulting and strategy firms. In early 2005, Mr. Ghazali was made independent non-executive director for a Mesdaq-listed IT services company,
Tricubes Computers Berhad. He is also a member of the exclusive Corporate Malaysia Roundtable and Government Relations Committee with AMCHAM.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry in 1995, Mr. Ghazali spent several years with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) as a senior consultant in the change management and strategic services division. Before that, he worked in the human resources division of Multi-Purpose Holdings Berhad, where he was also instrumental in setting up the Public Affairs unit.
