Mr Seng Kok has extensive experience in advising foreign and local sponsors, lenders and Governments on the legal aspects of major privatisation projects and transactions within Malaysia and in the Asian region. Mr Seng Kok also advises clients on a broad range of legislative and regulatory matters in dealing with the Federal and State Government agencies.
Mr Seng Kok has been the leading lawyer in advising on development and financing of some of the largest infrastructure projects in Malaysia and overseas in the following sectors: private power generation, water supply, sewerage services, urban transport, waste disposal, land development or reclamation, and highways.
